24 oz peeled potatoes cut into 1/8ths
4 tsp olive oil
1/2 pkg dry onion soup mix
black pepper
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Place potatoes in non-stick roasting pan
Drizzle with oil
Add onion soup mix and black pepper. With hands, mix the potatoes so that each one is covered evenly.
Roast for 45 minutes or until brown.
